Thames Valley Police are appealing for witnesses following an incident near Bicester, in which two males driving a grey Jaguar caused a member of the public to pull over. The incident happened on Saturday 2nd October between 2.30 and 2.40 pm on the A41 close to Junction 9 of the M40. The Jaguar was displaying flashing red and blue lights. After causing their victim to pull over without reason, the male driver of the Jaguar and male occupants sped away from the scene. Two 17 year old males from Oxford and Bicester and a 19 year old male from Oxford have been arrested on suspicion of impersonating a police constable and have been released pending investigations. Anyone with information or dashcam footage from the scene is asked to contact police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
