Yet again our local shops and businesses are going to be facing extraordinary challenging conditions as non-essential shops are told to close.

During the lockdown, the following businesses will be open as normal
Thame
- Planet Health – who will also deliver to local villages – tel 01844 215521
- Vantage Chiropractic – tel 01844 390210
- Wally’s Toy shop will be selling off their Facebook page and delivering to local and surrounding villages.
- Fitch & Fellows will be closed but will take telephone orders on 01844 215099 and deliver locally
- Bizzie Lizzie Flower Shop in Thame is open – They will also be offering their usual “give-away” for December.
- Black Goo will be open for takeaway 7 days a week, 9 to 4pm, on Buttermarket
- Racquets Fitness Centre will have its full timetable of classes available

The Chippy will be open Monday to Saturday – 11am until 9:30pm Sunday – 4pm until 9pm
- Thame Cars Service, MOT, Repair, Tyre and Rental departments will remain open and will continue to operate with their rigorous safety procedure in place. “Your safety is our top priority, and every member of staff is committed to social distancing guidelines.”
- Robert Stanley Opticians are staying open throughout lockdown. Routine appointments are available but please understand that they are trying to limit the number of bookings for your safety.
Haddenham
- Haddenham Garden Centre will be open as per government announcement. Unfortunately, the Gardener’s Retreat Restaurant will be closed from Thursday 5th November
- Bradmoor Farm – The farm shop will be open as normal, but the restaurant will be closed from Thursday
- Tickety Brew will be open and have a few of your essentials and a reduced takeaway menu
- Sally at Bloomin Fruity will be open as normal and will be doing local deliveries and you can also order and collect. You can call or text her on 07830 535366
- The Haddenham Fish Scheme goes into emergency mode from Thursday and will only be proving transport for medical appointments.
- BeerGinVino Although Thursday tastings have been cancelled, they will be open during lockdown- Thursday 5-7pm and Saturdays 10.30-5pm
- Starveall Turkeys will be taking order for collection at the farm gate
- Haddenham Osteopathic Clinic will be doing face to face consultations under strict Covid-19 controls

- Maggie Bush is an independent travel consultant who has been working hard to look after her clients during Covid times. Giving advice, arranging refunds, rebooking cancelled 2020 holidays to 2021. - The Risborough Basket is starting up again tomorrow with most shops taking part and will enable you to add products and items from any of the Risborough basket suppliers listed, into one online shopping cart, where you can then check out and pay securely in one transaction.
- Crepe Escape will be doing take-aways from Thursday

- McDonalds Motors will be keeping your cars on the road during the lockdown – please contact them first to arrange drop off. Where possible keys to vehicles are to be placed in an envelope and posted through letter box.
Chearsley
- The Bell will be going into full take-away mode from Thursday – with an excellent selection of meals for local delivery
