Thames Valley Police are appealing for witnesses to a serious injury collision on the southbound M40 between junctions 7 and 6 on Tuesday 28th April at around 2.10pm.
The driver of a black BMW and the driver of a Citroen van both sustained serious injuries and are in hospital in a stable condition.
The driver of a blue BMW and a passenger in the van sustained minor injuries. Anyone who witnessed the collision or has dashcam footage is asked to call 101.
The road was closed southbound for just under three hours.
