Oxford’s first Zero Emission Zone is due to be launched in February next year. Vehicles will be charged for entering the Zone between 7 am and 7 pm, unless they are zero emission vehicles. The zone covers Cornmarket Street, Queen Street, New Inn Hall Street and St Michael’s Street and will be extended at a later date. Exemptions and discounts will apply to residents and businesses located within the Zone.
