Work to attach thousands of coloured tiles to the five-and-a-half metre high Nightingale’s Rainbow has begun. The rainbow is located in the grounds of Stoke Mandeville Hospital and will serve as a symbol of hope and solidarity with the NHS for their work during the pandemic. The coloured tiles will contain personal messages from people affected by the pandemic and will be a source of fund raising to support the Florence Nightingale Hospice Charity and the Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust’s Charitable Fund.
