The NHS are offering free health checks at the Aqua Vale Swimming and Fitness Centre in Aylesbury on Monday. The health check includes an assessment of height, weight, blood pressure and cholesterol. There’s also a phone call to another member of the team to go through lifestyle questions. You can find out more by going to the website
