To discuss creating a positive zero carbon Covid-legacy for Haddenham, everyone is invited to an initial Zoom village forum.
Despite the difficulties and tragedies of ‘lockdown’, we have all noticed some positive impacts on village life and our environment — less traffic, the ease of walking and cycling around the village, etc. As we carefully return to ‘normal’ perhaps we can retain many of these positives — improving the quality of life in Haddenham while also reducing our community’s carbon footprint.
To discuss creating a positive Covid-legacy for Haddenham, everyone is invited to an initial Zoom village forum. We will hear from the Parish Council on their plans, and from fellow villagers on some existing projects for a better Haddenham: from planting trees, to cycleways, to electric vehicles. But we also hope to hear ideas and examples from anyone attending the village virtual forum.
More of us are working from home and spending more time in the village. We all have a common desire to keep improving the quality of life and environment in Haddenham. If each one of us does our small bit, collectively we can build back a better Haddenham. Come share your thoughts.
Attendance is FREE, but you will need to register in advance to attend. Please visit:
