A 29 year old man from Birmingham has been sentenced to a total of 7 months imprisonment and banned from driving for thirty nine and a half months, following an incident of dangerous driving and a collision on the A41 in Aylesbury last October. Mohammed Khan pleaded guilty at Wycombe Magistrates Court to one count of dangerous driving, driving whilst disqualified, driving while over the specified limit for drugs, driving without insurance and failing to stop at the scene of an accident. He was sentenced at Amersham Crown Court on Wednesday. There were 3 passengers in Khan’s Mazda 3, one, a 17 year old girl, broke her arm as a result of the collision.
