Normally each year, Aylesbury Town Council @aylesburytc hosts Aylesbury on Sea, however because this is not possible in the current environment they have come up with a novel way of keeping residents involved
They are urging residents of Aylesbury and the surrounding villages (including Haddenham) to photograph their own beach, built in their garden.
Contestants are urged to be as creative as they can and to email their entries to Ruth Mayhew.
