An attempted robbery took place in Horns Lane car park in Princes Risborough between 10.30 and 10.40 am on Thursday 30th September. A woman in her 80s and her friend were approached by a woman with a clip board, claiming to be collecting for a deaf charity. The offender pushed one of the victims into her car and attempted to steal her gold bracelet. The offender is described as a white female in her 20s, of average build and around 5 feet 6 inches tall with blonde or light brown hair. Thames Valley Police are asking for anyone who may have witnessed the incident to contact them on 101 or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
